Abstract

The government encourages MSEs to improve their business capabilities and achievements, especially using software. Implement SI APIK as an application and technology system used for digital financial management. The Digital Platform developed by BI is expected to improve the performance of MSE actors in East Java. The TAM model is used to determine their behavior in adopting technology. Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Attitude Toward Use, Intention to Use, and Actual to Use provide as explanations for TAM concepts. The method used is a survey through distributing questionnaires on social media. The findings demonstrated a significant positive association between PU and PEU to ATU, p>0.1 and b = 0.479 and p>0.1 and b = 0.395. This shows that users' feelings when adopting technology will give confidence in innovation because it is considered faster, provides economic benefits, and increases productivity. ATU and IU show a positive and significant relationship, p>0.1 and b = 0.884, which shows that Implementing assumptions remains essential in using digital technologies. While IU and AU also show a positive relationship and because intentions greatly influence Individual behavior, and intentions that are generally constant are better indicators of future conduct.
