IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION RESPONSIVE POLICIES IN DEVELOPING THE QUALITY OF GRADUATES AT MTsN MADIUN CITY INDONESIA

The quality of education in Indonesia is currently below that of comparable nations due to suboptimal implementation of national education standards. The digital age has permeated every aspect of society, including education, where the COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the shift towards digital learning. In the era of Society 5.0, most social activities are conducted on digital platforms. This research aims to address this shift by focusing on the implementation of responsive digital transformation policies to enhance the quality of graduates at MTsN Madiun City.
The research employs a qualitative method and gathers data from various stakeholders in the madrasa, such as the school administrators, teaching staff, students, parents, and documentation. The study reveals that the digital transformation policies encompass student management, curriculum development, personnel, facilities and infrastructure, education administration, financing, and public relations. This research acknowledges the need to adapt and optimize digital tools to improve the quality of education and better prepare students for the challenges of the digital age.
