Entrepreneurship Development in the Dawung Tourism Village as an Effort to Form an Attitude of Courage to Take Risks and Increase the Income of Local Residents

Entrepreneurship development is carried out by developing quality business actors (entrepreneurs), both in terms of knowledge and skills or abilities and mentality with the hope of creating independence in business and business. This is considered very important, especially if the business involved is related to social activities and has a positive impact on the environment. Tourism villages are a barometer of village income, so a long process of development and innovation is needed to attract more visitors. Moreover, in Karanganyar Regency itself many tourist villages have emerged and if you apply a similar concept it will be quite difficult to attract tourists. There must be more detailed learning, the uniqueness of each village, from natural geographic conditions to agricultural products that can be processed better. The development of the tourist area in Dawung Village, Matesih District, Karanganyar Regency has been successful with a flower garden, Kembang Agrotourism in Dawung Village is currently developing grape picking tourism and typical souvenirs, Bakpia Mantep. This tourism is under the management of the Dawung Village-Owned Enterprise (BUM Desa).

Economic Empowerment of Agribusiness Communities Through Green House on Melon Commodities in Jugo Kesamben Village Blitar

Greenhouse-based climate control methods provide a platform for manipulating environmental conditions for optimal plant growth. The advantages of this technology include increasing production and quality of crops as well as reducing the use of pesticides. Apart from that, community empowerment is also in the spotlight in this context, referring to efforts to increase community independence in developing their lives. However, there are obstacles such as limited capital, threats from pests and weather, lack of active community participation, and concerns about crop failure. To overcome these obstacles, a mature strategy, good risk management and the application of appropriate agricultural technology are needed. This research aims to find out how green house-based community agribusiness economic empowerment efforts are carried out on melon commodities in Jugo. This research method uses qualitative research methods with primary data that researchers obtained from observations and interviews. The results of this research show that collaboration has been carried out in groups but there are obstacles due to limited capital, pests, weather, lack of active community participation, and concerns about crop failure.

Kiai's Leadership in Forming a Friendly Environmental Pesantren Culture At Sabilillah Islamic Boarding School Sampang Indonesia

This research discusses the phenomenon of kiai leadership as the leader of a pesantren in facing the era of globalization without neglecting traditional cultural values. The research focuses on how kiai influences, guides, mobilizes and motivates the residents of the pesantren in forming an environmentally friendly culture at Pondok Pesantren Sabilillah Sampang. The research methodology used is qualitative with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The results show that kiai influences the residents through exemplary behavior, eco-friendly programs, and programmed patterns. Kiai guides by instilling an environmentally friendly culture through the 4-P education and providing facilities that support the program. In mobilizing the pesantren residents, kiai adopts a top-down policy, provides instructions, and conducts regular evaluations. Kiai's leadership motivates by creating a well-organized, planned, and enjoyable work environment. Kiai also enforces discipline by providing regular evaluations until the goal of raising awareness among the students in environmental care is achieved. Through competitions and assessments of room cleanliness, kiai encourages the formation of an environmentally friendly culture in the pesantren
